Interviews with scholars

These three interviews were very impactful to me due to the fact that I have never worked alongside an administrator before and it gave me an idea of what to expect when dealing with action research plans. When I listen to these three scholars, I have a great deal of respect for them for sharing their experiences with students like us so that we have an easier path then what they probably went through. I will do my best to try and use their advise and suggestions to make research plan one that is practical and that benefits my campus at classroom lever as well as administrative level.
